- I teach environmental education to young people & children,& I'm an environmental activist. This blog will detail my journey around South America with my girlfriend Colette. We will do the whole journey without flying, in order to minimise the environmental impact of the trip. Originally it was set up so that our friends and family can follow our travels, but then I thought that it could also become a resource/inspiration for others who intend travel in a similar way. It will provide information on cargo ship travel, environmental voluntary projects, and vegetarian eating in South America.
